Some of these things you will most likely already have in your cupboard:
-plain white flour (135g)
-spring onion (2 stalks)
-chinese cabbage (1/4)
-ginger (3 cm)
-soy sauce (all inn all you will need 2-3 tablespoons)
-neutral cooking oil (ca. 4 tsp. sunflower/corn/rape/peanut)
-sesame oil (ca. 2. tsp, can be omitted)
-salt
-ground white pepper
Those who want to make meaty filling will also need:
-minced beef, not to meagre (200g)
Those who want to make make vegan filling will also need:
-one pack firm tofu. This one is quite good. Readily available from kolonial.no, most Rema 1000 and asian groceries. We will use 200-250g.
For the ambitious ones - if you want the complete authentic package and would like to eat your dumplings like in China - you will also need to get black chinese vinegar for the dip. You get it in any of the asian grocery stores in Oslo centrum (that is a viet.thai.phil.chin grocery, not a Turkish/middle eastern grocery). This is what you will be asking for: Chinkiang vinegar
